Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the website at https://doublenconcepts.com/terms-policies-and-agreements/, which is owned and operated by Double N Trust (ABN: 63 349 496 186), trading as Double N Concepts, with Double N Solutions Pty Ltd as Trustee (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

Acceptance

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Service, Marketing, and Promotional Emails

The Customer agrees to receive emails relating to services, marketing, and promotions from the Company to the email registered to their account.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site without notice.

This Site may contain links to other websites and online resources not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of these third-party sites. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements.

Use of Identity

The Company agrees not to release sensitive customer information without prior written consent.

Changes to This Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.

Definitions

Site: Refers to the websites at doublenconcepts.com, doublenconcepts.com.au, doublensolutions.com.au, and any other domain owned or operated by the Company.
Customer: Any individual or entity using the Site.

It is our policy to:

– Only collect as much information as is required to provide you with a service and meet our legal
obligations

– Encrypt all sensitive information such as passwords and credit card numbers

– Provide access to the information by the owner as requested, or to a third party (such as law
enforcement agencies) as it is required to do so by law

– Never release any information that has been collected without notifying the owner and getting written consent.

Acceptance

The Customer signified acceptance of the Acceptable Use Policy, as well as our Terms of Service,
Privacy Policy and any applicable Registrant Agreement, when they
submitted their order to Double N Concepts for Services.

The Customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for ensuring that all Service(s) are in
full compliance with this policy, and that they are solely responsible for the files and applications that
have been uploaded and executed.

Unacceptable Content and Material

The Customer may not publish, transmit, distribute or store any content or material that Double N Concepts believes:

1. Constitutes child pornography

2. Is violent, or threatens/implies violence

3. Contains harassing content

4. Is unfair or deceptive under any relevant Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs act in your state

5. Is defamatory or violates a person’s privacy

6. Creates a risk to a person’s safety, health or security

7. Improperly exposes trade secrets or any other confidential or proprietary information of
another person or business

8. Is in any way assisting others in defeating technical copyright protection, which includes illegal
file sharing

9. Clearly infringes on another person or businesses trade mark, patent or property

10. Promotes illegal drugs or violates import or export laws

11. Relates to illegal gambling or fire arms trafficking

Prohibited Use

Services may not be used for any of the following activities:

1. IRC scripts

2. IP scanners

3. Pirated software or “warez” sites

4. Hacker focussed sites, archives or programs

5. Sale of any controlled substance without having the appropriate permissions from Narp Designs

6. Sites promoting illegal activities

Security

The Customer agrees that they are solely responsible for what is hosted from and stored in
the Service.

Non-compliance and Solution

Any Customer that is found to be in breach of this policy will result in an email being sent to the Customer asking for
changes to be made in order to comply with this policy and two (2) days to make the changes. The
Customer is required to acknowledge this email and advise Double N Concepts what actions have been taken
to fix the breach.

Non-compliance and Remedy

9.1. Any Service(s) that are found to be in breach of this policy but have not caused any known
inconvenience to other Customers will result in an email being sent to the Customer asking for
changes to be made in order to comply with this policy and two (2) days to make the changes. The
Customer is required to acknowledge this email and advise Double N Concepts what actions have been taken
to remedy the breach. Failure to comply may result in the Service(s) being suspended without
additional warning.

Any Customer that is found to be in breach of this policy more than two (2) times will warrant Double N Concepts to suspend their Service(s) until Double N Concepts has acknowledgment from the Customer in writing that the breach will no happen again. A $39.95 service fee will apply if Double N Concepts feels it is necessary.

Changes to This Agreement

Double N Concepts reserves the right to modify the Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Double N Concepts site immediately.

Termination

Double N Concepts reserves the right to suspend/terminate any service that is not following the policies that Double N Concepts has, and Double N Concepts reserves the right to charge fees for illegal activity for compensation.
